Graphicus Signs & Designs was created in 1989 at the home of Sergio & Sandra Bassetto in Newaygo, Michigan. After four years of the house and garage being overrun with items spread out to dry and the smell of paint throughout out the house, the business was moved to a building in the industrial park in Newaygo. It again outgrew it’s space and a taller portion was built on to be able to add more processes and a 14′ door to letter trucks and trailers indoors (a true blessing in Michigan in the winter)
Today it continues to expand its capabilities as the only sign company in the County that offers a one-stop-shop by manufacturing a very long list of items IN-HOUSE!.
Sergio Bassetto, an experienced illustrator and sign maker, graduated from Kendall School of Art & Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His wife, Sandra 
Bassetto, has a degree in education with a minor in arts from Northern Michigan University, a continuing education certificate from Western Michigan University and a masters degree in leadership and administration from Central Michigan University. Additionally, our staff includes experienced office personnel, graphic designers and sign makers’ assistants.
